From Athens International Airport (ATH)

The drive is about 15 minutes (roughly 12 km) via Leoforos Spata–Artemidos. Our first recommendation is Mr. Giorgos on WhatsApp — message him ahead and he will meet you at Arrivals with a name sign. From Rafina Port

Rafina is the ferry gateway to Andros, Tinos, Mykonos and the rest of the Cyclades, and it is roughly 20 minutes north of us by car. Our first recommendation is Mr. Giorgos on WhatsApp — message him with your ferry name and arrival time and he will be waiting. Taxis also line up at the port for every ferry arrival, but on busy summer evenings several boats dock at once, so a pre-booked ride is calmer.

Buses & public transport

Artemida is served by regional (KTEL Attikis) buses linking the village with the airport, Rafina and Nea Makri, plus OASA links towards Athens via Spata and Pallini. Buses are inexpensive but run to a limited timetable and stop early in the evening, so check the operator schedule for your travel day before relying on them; for arrivals after 21:00 we always suggest a taxi.

Ride-hailing apps

In Attica, ride-hailing apps such as FREENOW and Uber dispatch licensed taxis rather than private cars. They work well from the airport, but coverage in Artemida is thinner late at night. Our first choice is always Mr. Giorgos on WhatsApp; keep one of the other numbers below as a backup.
