Data collected at check-in
When you complete our online check-in form we collect the following data:
- Full name, exactly as shown on your travel document.
- Passport or national ID card number.
- Tax identification number (ΑΦΜ) — only for Greek residents, for the issuing of a tax invoice.
- Estimated arrival time, chosen apartment, arrival and departure dates.
Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in a secured database. Access is restricted to the property owner through a password-protected administration area. Data is kept only for as long as the law requires and is never sold or shared for marketing.
Why we need it
Guest identification data is processed to comply with Greek accommodation and tax law (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) and to prepare your arrival (contract performance, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
