Upon arrival, ring the BELL 🔔 on the keypad at the entrance. We open the door remotely for you — no key handover needed.
If you arrive outside working hours, message us on WhatsApp or Viber beforehand and we will be ready for you.
Check-out
Before leaving, please make sure:
- All personal belongings are collected
- The entrance card is left inside the apartment
- All doors are properly closed
- 3 TV remote controls
- 3 Air-conditioner remote controls
- Hairdryer
- Kitchenware used
- Iron (please make sure it is unplugged from the socket)
If you are ready, you may leave the apartment at your convenience until 11:00.
